Congratulations to K. Chandana of 8th grade and M. David Joy Hamilton of 5th grade for securing All India 1st place in the English and Science olympiad respectively organized by MI Champs India .As a reward for their outstanding achievement, they were presented with a laptop.

K. Sree Saranya (9th C) and B. Bhargavi (9th B) secured 2nd place, while G. Naga Jateswar Nadh (9th D) and M. Sami-Uz-Zama (9th) took home the 1st place. Their dedication and skill have made us proud. 

Jigyasa AeroFest 2024, organized by CSIR-NAL in collaboration with AIM, was held from 18th to 20th December 2024 at CSIR-NAL, Bengaluru. The event brought together the top 20 student teams from across India for a series of activities, including lab visits, aeromodelling, quizzes, and technical presentations. 

The NMS Aero Innovators team—Khushboo Jain, S. Yogya Varshini, and D. Sai Rishitha—stood out by preparing a detailed science report and securing 1st place in the Technical Presentation Challenge for their presentation on aircraft propulsion. The event provided participants with invaluable exposure to technologies, inspiring them to pursue careers in science, technology, and innovation. 

Congratulations to M. Anurag Preetham of 7th E and M. Abishai Preetham of 8th G for securing 5th and 3rd position in the Under-12 and 14 category Chess Competition conducted by YSR District Chess Association Your strategic moves have paid off! Keep checkmating your way to success! They were honored by V. Sathyanarayana Rao, President of APCA and B.Ahamed Anees Secretary , YSRDCA. 

Our school students, a team of four T. Abhighna 7th D, K. Manasvi 8th B, M.Sai Prekshitha 9th A, K.H Swaroop Reddy 10th D, secured 1st prize in the quiz competition and 3rd place was secured by Zoya Sulthana 9th C in the drawing competition organized by the District Central Library, Kadapa. Kudos to our brilliant students on this outstanding achievement! 

We are thrilled to announce that our students have excelled in the District Level Bhagavad Gita Chanting Competition 2024 organised by Chinmaya missions. They were honored by the President of Chinmaya mission.

T.Naga Sujana of 8th D won 1st Prize in Category E along with cash prize of Rs.3000 and has been selected to compete at the State Level. S. Sai Likith Simha of 6th G and A. Seetha Ram of 5th secured 2nd and 3rd prizes in Category D.

P. Safeena Siddiqua and T. Harshini from 9th C,won a gold medal in the Gatka competition and N. Deepika from 9th A won a silver medal in Football organised by School Games Federation, Kadapa.

INTACH, Lion's Club, conducted various competitions for school students, and our school students won in elocution and musical chair competition. 

K. Manasvi won 1st place, M. Kavya Sree won 2nd place, and Hitanshi Jain won 3rd place from 8th B in the Elocution competition, demonstrating their excellent speaking skills. 

K. Mokshagna won 1st position and T. Sourish Sai won 3rd position from 8th B in the Musical Chairs competition, displaying their sharp reflexes and perfect timing. 

We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Phaneendra successfully participated in a 3-day regional workshop for hub and spoke ATL (Atal Tinkering Labs) teachers, held from 28th to 30th October at Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda Vidyalaya, Chittoor. Your dedication to staying updated on the latest technologies and teaching methods will undoubtedly inspire and benefit our students. 

We are thrilled to announce that Shaik Mohammed Rayaan, Shaik Mohammed Forqan, N. Anish Sailesh, and K. Sravan Kumar from grade 6 have each secured a gold medal at the 1st Open State Taekwondo Championship 2024! Organized by Temple Of Sports Academy, Andhra Pradesh, this district-level event showcased the dedication and skill of our students.

Their hard work and determination have truly paid off, bringing pride and joy to our school. Congratulations to these young athletes for their outstanding achievement—keep kicking towards greater success!

Y.V. Abhigna from Grade 7 secured 3rd place in the one-day Rapid Open Chess Tournament conducted by the A.P. State Open Chess Tournament in Kadapa.

Adding to the school's chess achievements, M. Anurag Preetham of Grade 7E excelled in multiple competitions. He participated in the National-level Chess Competition organized by SPSR Chess Association and Three Wings Academy, Nellore, and also secured 2nd place in the State-level Chess Competition held by ADCA at Wisdom School, Kadapa.

These accomplishments reflect their dedication and exceptional talent in the game of chess, bringing pride to the school!

Adhvaith Ram (6th Grade), have been selected among the Top 100 innovators in the prestigious Tinkerpreneur Bootcamp 2024, organized by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India. This program is dedicated to developing digital and entrepreneurial skills, such as idea generation and business modeling. Their exceptional talent and innovative spirit were recognized through a rigorous selection process involving project submissions, online assessments, and video presentations. We congratulate them on this outstanding achievement and wish them continued success.

Siyana's SkillUp21 Workshop has left an inspiring impact on students from classes 6-10, equipping them with vital practical skills for the future. This innovative workshop introduced students to hands-on activities like Google Forms creation, QR code design, poster and logo creation, website building, comic book design, and presentation skills—all essential in today’s digital world.

Through this interactive program, Siyana’s leadership shone as she guided her peers in building confidence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Her commitment to peer empowerment has provided students with a valuable platform to develop skills that will fuel their academic and future successes. This initiative is a proud example of how young leaders can inspire and equip others for a brighter tomorrow. 

K. Crissy Eileen secured 1st prize in the essay writing competition, impressing the judges with her insightful work.

T. Abigna won 2nd place in the drawing competition, showcasing exceptional creativity.

Both competitions were held by Kadapa Balostavalu, offering a prestigious platform for student talent.

Five NMS students—K. Deekshitha, B. Vijith Abhilash (Class VII), S. Yogya Varshini (Class VIII), and M. Naga Sai Venkat and S. Veda Vyas (Class IX)—participated in the “MAKE-A-THON” boot camp from February 1-3, 2024, organized by UNICEF and Vigyan Ashram.

This three-day camp immersed students in design thinking, guiding them through stages like Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing, fostering critical thinking and hands-on experience in innovation. Congratulations to our talented participants!

NMS Innovators from the Atal Tinkering Lab showcased their talents at Dell Technologies’ ShePreneur Internship Program in Bangalore, held from January 10-13, 2024. Focused on AI and entrepreneurship, the program offered hands-on experiences and pitch deck presentations to an expert panel. P. Sisira, S. Yogya Varshini, and P. Gowthami impressed with innovative solutions, securing a top 10 spot among competitive teams.

Guided by Vineela T., Phaneendra J., and Tinker Champ mentors Sheema, Sadiya, Roopa, Muskan, and Muniba, the students gained invaluable insights, culminating in an exposure visit to Karnataka Public School. Congratulations to our future leaders!

The Change Makers' Winter Camp, organized by the ATL Mentors of Change in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, brought together over 7,000 students, teachers, and mentors from across India from December 24 to 30, 2023. Among the participants, Shaik Abdul Raheem, an 8th grader, earned 3rd place with a cash prize of Rs. 2,500, while 9th grader M. Naga Sai Venkat and 8th grader Jashn Jain secured 9th and 10th places, each winning Rs. 2,000. Congratulations also to Vice Principal Sai Krishna.U for topping the teacher category with a Rs. 2,000 prize!

Prekshitha, an 8th-grade student, launched the YouTube channel Navaratnalu Batch during lockdown, debuting with "Ya Oorura Needhi," which gained over a million views overnight. Supported by her uncle, she produced 45 episodes that provided comfort to COVID-19 patients, earning her the Best Comedy Influencer Award in 2022. Prekshitha also appeared in Comedy Stars on Star Maa and achieved 1 lakh subscribers by 2022. With 1 million subscribers now and her debut film 'Plant Man', she exemplifies resilience and dedication. We at NMS wish her a bright future ahead!

Our school’s Team Think Tank has won the "Wisdom of the Crowd" Award for the South-Central Zone in the prestigious Youth Ideathon, India’s top innovation competition for students. We’re thrilled to announce that two teams from Nagarjuna Model School have secured spots in the prestigious ATL Marathon 2022-23! Competing among 10,000 schools nationwide, only 400 teams were selected, and our school proudly claims two of these spots. As a reward, these teams will receive internships through the Student Innovator Program with leading corporates and India’s top Incubation Centers, along with certificates from AIM and NITI Aayog. Congratulations to our talented teams on this remarkable achievement! 

Nagarjuna Model School, Kadapa, was among 25 schools invited to the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam, celebrating the 3rd anniversary of NEP 2020. Students Hiten Jain and Thaman Krishna, guided by mentor Phaneendra J, presented "Vision Alert," a device using ultrasonic sensors to warn users if their phones are held too close, encouraging safe digital habits. This celebrated event, attended by the Prime Minister, honored young innovators promoting health-conscious technology.

Nagarjuna Model School proudly clinched the 2nd prize at the national level in the Finland Math Competition 2022. Coordinators Mr. Sai Krishna and Mr. Phaneendra were awarded Certificates of Achievement by Eduten for their exceptional guidance and commitment to excellence. On the occasion of the 153rd Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, the Sir CV Raman Science Club, Kadapa, hosted essay writing and drawing competitions. NMS students showcased their talents, with N. Badrinath Charan from Class 8 securing 3rd prize in the Essay Writing Competition and D.V. Vignesh Kumar earning 2nd prize in the Drawing Competition. Congratulations to our young achievers for their creativity and dedication! 

In the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav competitions organized by Ramakrishna Mission Kadapa, 1,100 NMS students participated, with 12 advancing to the district level. In the junior grade, M. Krishna Priya secured 1st place, and J. Hemanvitha earned 2nd. In the senior grade, S. Tahura Siddiqa won 1st place.

At the Rayalaseema Zonal level, Krishna Priya won 1st place in both elocution and quiz, and Hemanvitha topped the quiz in the junior grade. For the seniors, Tahura took 1st in elocution and 2nd in quiz. Congratulations to our exceptional students!

Our Physical Education Trainer, Sriramulu Sir, received commendation from the SAAP Director for his outstanding skills showcased in the State Level Yoga Competition held in Guntur. A proud moment for our school as his dedication and expertise inspire us all!

We are proud to announce that 13 of our students excelled in the District Colour Belt Test in Taekwondo. They earned the following belts: 5 students received Green 1, 2 students achieved Green, 1 student earned Yellow 1, and 5 students were awarded Yellow.
